GENERAL INFORMATION

What time are check-in and check-out?

Check-in is available from 2:00 PM onwards. From 2:00 PM we send all the necessary instructions to allow guests to enter the property and access their room independently, without any issues or time limits.

What are the reception hours?

Reception is not physically available on-site, but it operates remotely from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM, and after 5:30 PM assistance is available via WhatsApp for emergencies. 

What languages are spoken at reception?

Italian, English, and Spanish.

Where is the property located and how can it be reached?

The property is located at Via Nazionale 18, 00184 Rome, about 3 minutes walking distance from Repubblica Metro Station.

It is also about 750 meters from Termini Station (around a 10-minute walk).

Is parking available at the property?

There is no parking available at the property, as it is located in a ZTL (limited traffic zone).

What accessibility features does the property offer?

The property is currently without an elevator due to maintenance work, which should be completed within approximately 6 months.

The building has 4 floors without an elevator. Access is simple, intuitive, and secure: there is a large brown entrance door to the building which opens by pressing the Relais Nazionale intercom. After reaching the fourth floor, guests will find the main entrance door with a keypad accessible only to guests and staff. Once inside, guests will receive another code to access their room, which is provided starting from 2:00 PM (check-in time).

Is Wi-Fi available at the property?

Yes, the property provides Wi-Fi access.

Are pets allowed?

Pets are not allowed.

Is luggage storage available?

Luggage storage is available, but there is no secured luggage room.

Guests may leave their luggage at the reception free of charge. For valuable items, we recommend nearby secure lockers in the area.

What amenities are available in the rooms?

Each room includes central air conditioning, kettle set, coffee machine, minibar, wardrobe, hairdryer, and Smart TV.

Is there a city tax?

The Rome city tax is €6.00 per person per night.

Which credit cards are accepted for payment?

Visa, Mastercard, and Bancomat are accepted. American Express is not accepted.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT

How does check-in work at the property?

Check-in is self check-in. Guests will still receive 24/7 support in case of emergencies.

Is early check-in possible?

If the room is already available and cleaned before 2:00 PM, we will be happy to allow early access.

Guests arriving in the morning may also leave their luggage at the property free of charge.

Is late check-out possible?

Check-out cannot be extended beyond 10:00 AM. Subject to availability, we may allow an additional 30 minutes to 1 hour at no extra cost, to allow sufficient time for cleaning and preparing rooms for check-in at 2:00 PM.

What are the reception hours?

24/7 support is available in case of emergencies or urgent requests.

PROPERTY & SERVICES

Is there a shuttle service to/from the property?

We offer the possibility to book a luxury transfer service (for a fee) to and from Rome airports (Fiumicino or Ciampino).

Is there an electric vehicle charging station?

Electric vehicle charging is not available.

Can children stay at the property?

Children are welcome to stay. However, we do not provide cribs, so children aged 0–3 are not included in the setup.

Parents who travel with small children should be aware that they will sleep in the same bed with them.

Cribs and baby beds are not available.

Do you have accessible rooms?

We do not have accessible rooms for guests with disabilities. We only offer double rooms (no twin beds available).

No, however we assist guests whenever they need help or recommendations.
