What time are check-in and check-out?

Check-in is at 2:00 PM and check-out is at 10:30 AM.

What are the reception hours?

The reception is open from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM.

What languages are spoken at reception?

The reception staff speaks Italian and English.

Where is the property located and how can it be reached?

The property is located 30 meters from the sea in Canneto, a seaside area of Lipari. It can be reached from the hydrofoil and ferry port by bus or taxi.

Is there parking available at the property?

There is no private parking, but free public parking spaces are available nearby.

Does the property have an elevator?

No, the property does not have an elevator.

What accessibility features does the property offer?

The property is accessible directly from the main road.

Is Wi-Fi available at the property?

Yes, Wi-Fi coverage is available throughout the entire property.

Are pets allowed?

Yes, pets are allowed with a daily supplement of €10.00.

Is luggage storage available?

Yes, free luggage storage is available.

What amenities are available in the rooms?

Rooms include private bathroom, TV, minibar, safe, and hairdryer.

Is there a city tax?

The tourist tax is included in the maritime transport ticket required to arrive on the island.

Which credit cards are accepted for payment?

Accepted cards are Mastercard, Visa, and Postepay. American Express is not accepted.

Check-in is completed by presenting identification documents for all guests staying in the room, including infants.

Is early check-in possible?

It is possible to anticipate the check-in process by sending all documents via email in advance.

Is late check-out possible?

Late check-out may be possible upon request and depending on availability, subject to management approval.

Reception is open every day from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM.

Yes, beach towels are available for rent at €4 each.

Yes, baby cribs and extra beds are available on request with a daily supplement: 

Crib: €10.00 per day 

Extra bed: €40.00 per day

Do you have accessible rooms?

Rooms are located on the first and second floors and there is no elevator.

Yes, breakfast is included.

Breakfast is served from 7:00 AM to 10:30 AM.

Where is breakfast served?

Breakfast is served in the breakfast room on the ground floor.

What type of breakfast is served?

A continental buffet breakfast is offered, including cold cuts, baked goods, various jams, eggs, fresh fruit, chocolate spread, full coffee service, different fruit juices, tea, chamomile and herbal teas, lemon cake, caprese cake, carrot cake, muffins, and more.

Are there options for gluten-free, vegetarian, or vegan diets?

Yes, vegan and gluten-free products are available. For specific requests, please inform the property at the time of booking.

Yes, there is a bar available at the property.

Yes, concierge service is available for guests.

Do you organize tours or excursions nearby?

Yes, upon request we can organize boat tours, scooter and car rentals, and restaurant reservations.

Is it possible to organize weddings or private events?

No, weddings or private events are not organized.

PAYMENTS & CANCELLATIONS

What are the cancellation terms?

Cancellation policies are defined together with the revenue department.

Generally:  Up to 5 days before arrival: only the deposit will be retained. 

From 4 days before arrival: the full stay will be charged.
