GENERAL INFORMATION

What time are check-in and check-out?

Check-in is available from 2:00 PM onwards. If guests arrive after reception closes (5:30 PM), they will receive all the necessary instructions and support to access the property independently.

What are the reception hours?

Reception is open from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM.

What languages are spoken at reception?

talian, English, and Spanish.

Where is the property located and how can I get there?

The property is located at Via della Stelletta 5, Rome. It is a 10-minute walk from the nearest Metro station (Piazza di Spagna) or 15 minutes from Barberini (Metro Line A).

From Termini Station, you can take buses 40, 85, or 71, stopping at Largo Chigi or Largo Argentina.

Is parking available on-site?

No parking is available on-site as the property is located in a ZTL (limited traffic zone).

The nearest guarded parking is Parking Cavour in Piazza Cavour.

Is there an elevator?

No. As the property is located in a historic building in central Rome, there is no elevator. The building has four floors.

What accessibility features does the property offer?

Access to the property is simple and secure: there is a large green entrance door, followed by two additional doors with access codes, available only to guests and staff.

Is Wi-Fi available?

Yes, Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.

Are pets allowed?

No, pets are not allowed.

Is luggage storage available?

Yes, luggage storage is available, but there is no dedicated secure luggage room. Guests may leave their luggage at reception free of charge during opening hours.

For valuables, we recommend nearby secure lockers in the area.

What amenities are offered in the rooms?

Each room includes central air conditioning, electric kettle, coffee machine, minibar, wardrobe, hairdryer, and Smart TV.

Is there a city tax?

Yes, the Rome city tax is €7.00 per person per night.

Visa, Mastercard, and Bancomat are accepted. American Express is not accepted.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT

How does check-in work?

Check-in is done in person from 2:00 PM to 5:30 PM. After that time, self check-in is available. Guests will still receive 24/7 support if they arrive after reception hours.

Is early check-in possible?

If the room is ready and cleaned before 2:00 PM, we will be happy to allow early check-in. Guests arriving in the morning may leave their luggage at the property free of charge.

Is late check-out possible?

Check-out is at 10:00 AM and cannot be extended. Subject to availability, we may allow a short extension of 30 minutes to 1 hour at no additional cost, to allow enough time to prepare rooms for new arrivals at 2:00 PM.

What are the reception hours?

Reception is open 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM. 24/7 support is available for emergencies or assistance.

Is there a shuttle service to/from the property?

Yes, guests can book a luxury transfer service (for a fee) to and from Rome airports (Fiumicino or Ciampino).

Is there an electric vehicle charging station?

No, there is no EV charging station available.

Can children stay at the property?

Yes, children are welcome. However, we do not provide cribs, and children aged 0–3 typically sleep in the same bed as their parents.

No, the property does not offer accessible rooms.

Only double rooms (no separate beds) are available.

Breakfast is not included, according to our sales policy. It can be purchased for €15 per person at a café about 3 minutes walking distance from the hotel.

What time is breakfast served?

Guests who purchase the breakfast ticket can enjoy breakfast from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM.

Where is breakfast served?

Breakfast is served at a café 130 meters from the property.

What type of breakfast is offered?

Continental breakfast.

Yes, all options are available, including gluten-free.
