GENERAL INFORMATION

What time are check-in and check-out?

Check-in is available from 2:00 PM. If guests arrive after the reception closes at 5:30 PM, all necessary information and support will be provided for self-check-in.

What are the reception hours?

Reception is open from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM.

What languages are spoken at reception?

Italian, English, and Spanish.

Where is the property located and how can I get there?

The property is located at Via di Campo Marzio 80, 00186 Rome. It’s a 7-minute walk to the nearest Metro station (Piazza di Spagna) or 15 minutes to Barberini.

From Termini Station, buses 40, 85, and 71 stop nearby (Largo Chigi or Largo Argentina).

Is parking available on-site?

No. The property is in a ZTL zone. The nearest guarded parking is at Piazza Cavour (Parking Cavour).

Is there an elevator?

Yes, the property has an elevator.

What accessibility features does the property offer?

Accessibility is straightforward and safe, with an exterior brown door that opens via a keypad accessible only to guests and staff.

Is Wi-Fi available?

Yes, Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.

Are pets allowed?

No pets are allowed.

Is luggage storage available?

Yes, luggage storage is available, but not in a dedicated secure room. Guests can leave their luggage at reception for free while it is open. For valuables, we recommend using nearby secured lockers.

Each room includes central air conditioning, electric kettle, coffee machine, minibar, wardrobe, hairdryer, and Smart TV.

Is there a city tax?

Yes, €7.00 per person, per night for the city of Rome.

How does check-in work?

Check-in is in-person from 2:00 PM to 5:30 PM. After that, self check-in is available. Guests are supported 24/7 if arriving outside reception hours.

Is early check-in possible?

If the room is ready before 2:00 PM, early check-in will be arranged. Guests arriving in the morning can leave their luggage at the property for free.

Is late check-out possible?

Check-out cannot be extended beyond 10:00 AM. Subject to availability, a maximum extension of 30–60 minutes is allowed at no additional cost, to ensure rooms are ready by 2:00 PM for incoming guests.

What are the reception hours?

Reception is open 9:30 AM–5:30 PM. Support is available 24/7 for emergencies.

Is there a shuttle service to/from the property?

Yes, luxury transfer service to/from Rome airports (Fiumicino or Ciampino) is available upon request for an additional fee.

Yes. We do not provide cribs; children aged 0–3 typically share the bed with their parents.
